I spent 20 years in the corporate world and in 2016 I found myself at a crossroads.  I didn't know what I wanted to do next but I knew I had to do something different!  

 

I decided I wanted to work for myself and grow a business that could help people and allow me to work on things that I really enjoy, radical eh...

 

My real journey began when I became a volunteer working with unemployed people.   This changed my view of people and has driven me forward believing I can make a difference.  So now I divide my time between helping small businesses and running training courses for unemployed people and helping them back into work.  I then got asked to meet with a friend of a friend who had found themselves out of work and was struggling to make progress.  I realised there was a huge number of people out there who do not claim benefits but still need support getting back to what they love.
