Too senior??

One of my contacts just reminded me about another by-product of the horrible process of job searching. If you get rejected, or just don’t hear back, you then start to question your skills and abilities. You can then start looking at more junior jobs based on desperation or lack of confidence.

Of course you know what happens next….you get rejected for being too senior!!!!

Figure out who you are and figure out what you can offer. Get a proper CV, a plan and job search properly. Then stick to it through all the shite times and rejections and you will come out the other side in a much better place. Always Keep reminding yourself of your personal value. Shout if you need help!
